Joëlle Jelisa offers an online platform for services, online courses, membership and coaching.
 
 
RATES AND PAYMENTS
 
All prices used by Joëlle Jelisa include VAT.
 
Joëlle Jelisa services and subscriptions are offered as one time payment.
 
If the. Service purchased is a subscription, the term of the subscription is for one month. The cancellation of the subscription can be made during the first 14 days after payment.
 
Payment of invoices from Reiki By Joëlle must be made within 7 days after the invoice date.
 
In the event of non-payment or late payment, the User will be in default by operation of law without notice of default. In that case, the User will owe the statutory (commercial) interest from the date on which the payment became due until the day of full payment, whereby interest over part of the month is calculated over a whole month.
 
If a User is in default, because, for example, amounts owed cannot be collected by Joëlle Jelisa, Joëlle Jelisa is entitled to cancel the account of the relevant User.
 
 
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
 
Cancellations regarding Reiki sessions can be done within a minimum of 24 hours before the time of the appointment. After that time, cancellations will not be accepted.
After a cancellation is made, the User can decide to reschedule the appointment or ask for a refund.
 
If cancellation is made 24 hours before the time of the appointment and the User decides to ask for a refund, this refund will be done within the next 48 hours of the refund request.
